Hariharasudhan Murugapandiyan was born on September 22nd, in the small rural village of Athaneri. This picturesque village, surrounded by lush green fields and a tranquil environment, would serve as the foundation for his growth, values, and early life. Born into a humble and hardworking family, Hari's story is one of perseverance, self-belief, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

His father, Murugapandiya, was a dedicated farmer who worked tirelessly to provide for the family, cultivating the land with care and dedication. Educational Journey

Hariharasudhan's educational journey began at the T Palur Government Higher Secondary School, where he completed his 12th standard. His passion for electronics led him to enrol in the Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (DEEE) at CPT Chennai. The rigorous academic training at CPT Chennai shaped his understanding of the complexities of the modern technological world. Following his completion of the DEEE, Hari's ambitions took him to BIT College in Singapore, where he pursued an Advanced Diploma (AD) in business management. The move to Singapore marked a significant turning point in his life. The exposure to a globalized world and a diverse student body expanded his worldview and taught him the importance of adaptability in business. He developed a keen interest in business strategy and operations, recognizing the need for a sound business acumen to complement his technical background.

Recognizing that business and technology must work hand-in-hand for success, Hari decided to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Singapore. His time at the university solidified his expertise in management and leadership. He learned the intricacies of business, marketing, finance, and international trade. The MBA program provided Hari with the knowledge and tools to blend his technical skills with business strategies, enabling him to effectively navigate the ever-changing corporate landscape.

After completing his MBA, Hari made the decision to embark on an entrepreneurial journey. Inspired by his family’s work ethic and his own experiences in both engineering and business, he decided to establish Minder InfoTech Private Limited. The vision behind the company was clear: to create a business that leveraged technology to offer a variety of services, including IT solutions, web hosting, domain registration, utility bill payments, web design, and more. The inception of Minder InfoTech Private Limited came on September 27th, 2023, when Hari officially started working on the business. He began by offering basic IT services to local clients, focusing on web hosting and domain registration. However, his vision was to expand the business over time by diversifying into a wide array of tech services, including software development, digital marketing, and more.

Starting a business was not without its challenges. Hari had to navigate the complexities of setting up a company, securing clients, managing finances, and building a skilled team.
