Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and effective manpower outsourcing partnership, clients are requested to fulfill the following responsibilities
1. Workplace Safety & Environment
Clients must provide a safe and hygienic working environment, including necessary safety gear (PPE) and adherence to health & safety norms as per Indian labor laws.
2. Attendance & Shift Supervision
Clients are expected to maintain daily attendance records and manage shift allocations of the outsourced staff. This helps ensure transparency and accurate payroll processing.
3. Job Description & Training
Provide a clear job role or task list at the time of requirement. If specific in-house training is needed, it must be facilitated by the client at the workplace.
4.Food And Transport
Transport and food will be provided by the client company and are their responsibility.
5. Reporting & Feedback
Timely feedback on the performance of outsourced employees is essential. Clients should report concerns such as absenteeism, underperformance, or workplace issues for quick resolution or replacement.
6. Access to Facilities
Provide basic facilities such as access to restrooms, drinking water, and break areas as per statutory obligations for labor welfare.
7. No Direct Employment or Transfer
Outsourced employees must not be directly employed, reassigned, or relocated by the client without written consent from Minder InfoTech.
8. Timely Payment Clearance
Clients must ensure timely clearance of service invoices to facilitate smooth salary disbursement, statutory payments (PF, ESI), and ongoing operations.
9. Legal & Ethical Conduct
Clients are expected to treat outsourced staff with dignity and ensure zero discrimination or harassment. Any grievances reported must be addressed cooperatively with our HR team.
Terms and Conditions
- Contract Period: Minimum agreement duration is 2 Years.
- Notice Period: 30-day written notice by either party for contract termination.
- Work Hours: As per client's shift timings, usually 8-9 hours/day.
- Billing: Invoices will be raised monthly; payment terms are within 5 to 7 days from the invoice date.
- Service Charges: Based on manpower category, location, and required facilities.
- Overtime: If applicable, will be charged as per client agreement.
- Legal Compliance: Minder InfoTech will manage PF, ESI, PT, Wages Act, Bonus, and other statutory regulations.
